 A: We are a family-run, community-based business. The Owner of Affordable Home Furniture thought it was ridiculous to pay retail prices for simple, common furniture items. He recognized the need to bring affordable, high-quality furnishings to people‚Äôs homes using the speed and convenience.


 6. What type of wood is my item made out of?

A: Our pieces are made from solid wood oak, birch, pine, rubber wood. Some items also contain a mixture of processed and pressed woods. To inquire about a specific piece please provide your Affordable Home Furniture representative with the model number.


 7. Why are there so many different companies on the web advertising the same thing?

8. Does Delivery come with set-up and assembly?

A: No. Set-up and assembly can be arranged in special circumstances through your Affordable Home Furniture customer representative, and typically incurs an extra fee.

11. I opened my box and one of my items was damaged. What do I do?

A: Please email our customer service with the model number and your contact information. An Affordable Home Furniture representative will schedule an exchange of the item(s). You may also call Affordable Home Furniture about your damaged item(s).



12. What is the California Mattress Recycling Fee?

A: Effective 12/30/2015, California state law requires retailers to collect an $11 recycling fee per unit. That means on each mattress and each box spring sold.
