Fabric texture or color, wood finishes or stains may appear different depending on your monitor settings. Please contact us for a more adequate or detailed description of any item.


Shipping Address:

 To avoid any shipping delays, please maintain an updated phone number and shipping address on our website or Paypal records. We ship only to the Los Angeles and surrounding area. We do not offer out of state or international shipping services either.


 Delivery and Packaging:

 Our Shipping Company strives to deliver all items free of damage. Thus, before shipping any item, they make sure to properly package and handle all merchandise with care.

 Remember that our Shipping Company does not offer free delivery or assembly. The shipping company will not remove any furniture from the setup area. Please contact us for a delivery, assembly, or removal quote at Info@affhomefurniture.comThe Shipping Company will call or email you to schedule a delivery date and time.

 Upon receiving the items, we encourage our customers to immediately inspect the merchandise thoroughly for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. Also, check for any missing parts. Please contact us if you find any damages on your item or missing parts. Make sure to keep a copy of the receipt and take a picture of any damages in case it is needed.


Shipping Date and Time:

 Purchased items will be shipped within 3-5 working days. Expect to receive your item within 1-2 weeks. If this is a major concern or you would like to have an accurate estimated time of shipment arrival, please contact us immediately before purchasing your item. Arrival date and time will depend on both, your location and item availability.


Pick Up:

 Local buyers are able to pick-up any item purchased. Please call to set up a pick-up arrangement.


 Stock Availability:

 We make sure to continuously update our inventory status online. Therefore, all items listed should be in stock. In the case that an item is not available or has been discontinued, the customer is given the following options;


1.    Buyer is granted the full refund for the unavailable or discontinued item.

2.    Unavailable items may be shipped when the item becomes available.


3.    Other similar items, in both style and quality, may be offered to replace the unavailable or discontinued item.




 Exchange, Returns, Refunds:

 If you are unsatisfied with your item for any reason, please return the item within three days of its arrival and in its original packaging. The item returned must be in perfect condition. There will be a 20% restocking fee applied to all returns. Shipping and handling fees will also not be refunded. Prior to returning any item, please contact us immediately. No item returned without our authorization will be accepted.


Sales Tax

Only items shipped to California addresses will be charged 9.00% sales tax.

Customer must provide a telephone number, which is required by the Shipping Company, upon purchasing items. Failure to provide a reachable contact may result in shipping delays. Your item will be shipped immediately, given that all requested information has been provided.
